Sexy Sundress Derby; Racing To A Great time!

Sexy Sundresses are a sure sign of spring. Since it’s Derby Month (Kentucky) let’s put a little style in there. If you’ve got fun hats, fascinators, bowties or suspenders pull them out and dress up with us. We are only ‘racing’ for a good time!

We have 3 1/2 floors of party fun, 2 private play rooms, 1 peekaboo playroom, 1 group play/bdsm room. Lots of public play areas. We have a Billiards room with lots of seating for socializing, 2 bars, one with a dance floor and jukebox. The Patio Bar is back open and located next to the 8+ person hot tub. The dance area has as a stripper pole. We are smoking and 420 friendly. We have a large fire pit and comfortable seating around it.
